Clearwave Announces 2024 clearwaveCup Winners, Celebrating Excellence in Patient Engagement
ATLANTA – February 25, 2025 – Clearwave, the patient-led self-service solution provider, is proud to announce the recipients of the 2024 clearwaveCUP, an annual program recognizing clients who have achieved exceptional results in patient-led scheduling and registration.
The 2024 Clearwave Cup winners are:

The impact of these award-winning practices is evident in the measurable improvements they’ve achieved. Tiara Williams, Patient Registration Manager at Jordan-Young Institute (JYI), recently shared, “We’ve dropped our wait times and we’re able to see more patients. We would not be able to see the number of patients we see without the kiosks. Instead of calling up 300 patients, which we wouldn’t be able to do originally, patients can check in themselves, without staff intervention. They can scan their insurance cards, fill out any quick forms and make payments all on their own.”
JYI sees 97% patient adoption of kiosks and drives a 95% monthly co-pay collection rate as a result. Williams further notes, “We were managing well with our existing systems, but once we implemented Clearwave, we realized just how much more streamlined, efficient and modern our processes could be.”
In Spine Team Texas’ first year with Clearwave, they’ve already seen 89% patient adoption of their registration kiosks and average check-in times of around 90 seconds. For Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics, the ability to provide patients with easier access to scheduling has been a game-changer. Chief Operating Officer, Connie Roberts recently acknowledged, “During peak seasons when hold times are long, patients can schedule online, and they quickly find out just how easy it is. They don’t have to wait, and our agents have fewer calls to work through.”
Their Director of Marketing, Lauren Lawson, emphasized how digital scheduling appeals to a wide demographic, “It’s not just young people, there’s a lot of people in older generations that absolutely prefer to schedule online. I think we’re going to continue to see that growth and increased demand to have booking access outside of normal business hours.”
